This is provided as a courtesy to our current tenants only. Please complete the form below to request maintenance work on your property.

If this is an emergency, such as a flood, fire, or other life threatening situation call 911 right away.

For emergencies such as backed up plumbing, flooding, call Total Realty at 386-734-5155 and listen for the emergency repair line extension. You can leave a message and someone on call will be paged with your message.

A non-emergency item should be requested by using the form below. Examples of non-emergency items include non-working air conditioning, appliances, toilets (if you have more than 1), etc. For all non-emergencies, fax, email or bring the form to our office and we will handle your request as soon as possible. It is our mission to have your repair fixed in a timely manner.
