Total Realty's Process For Securing A Rental Property:

Please drive by the rentals you are interested in to preview them. After previewing, if you would like to see the inside, please call the property manager to make arrangements. Couple Moving Boxes

To apply for a rental unit, you must fill out an application form, available on this website or in our office. There is a $35 application fee per person for anyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the unit. This fee is to process your application and is non-refundable.

Once you are approved, a deposit is required to hold a rental. Units cannot be held for a period longer than 2 weeks.  Deposits collected to hold a unit, are non-refundable if the unit is not rented. The lease must be signed and power & water must be turned on in the rental unit before we can release keys to you. Please provide written proof of utilities (copy of receipts) for our files. Any deposits taken to hold a rental unit will be returned to you if you are not approved to rent the unit. Pets may or may not be allowed, please inquire with the property manager. Pets may be allowed with a minimum $200 non-refundable pet fee.

Payments: We accept money orders and cashier’s checks. We do not accept cash.
